A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nexus Company GmbH, Großherzog-Friedrich-Straße 63, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany, Tel.: +49 681 38753945, E-mail: info@nexus-company.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin the performance before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of the performance, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
